• Plan, organize, and lead various recreational and therapeutic activities for residents.
• Foster a positive and interactive atmosphere by encouraging resident participation in activities.
• Collaborate with the Activities Director to create a diverse calendar of events that cater to the interests and preferences of residents.
• Provide assistance to residents during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being.
• Maintain accurate records of resident participation and feedback.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
